Sorry, I didn’t buy the rubber tiles for fitness reasons, but they are fantastic for the purpose I purchased them. I needed to raise the floor around the kitchen benches for my wife, because they are too high for her. Not only do they provide a little give when walked on, it’s also better than the porcelain tiles we have if you drop crockery and they also look very good aesthetically. Their solid weight prevent them from slipping around too much and although they were not easy to cut they did cut with nice sharp edges. (Tip: if you have to cut the 50mm tiles then buy the best Utility Knife you can with Carbon Max blades). In my opinion the quality of the tiles is superb, unlike the rubber ramps I had to buy elsewhere.

Great tiles, good price and delivered two days earlier than I expected! How good!
I have them set up mainly for weightlifting with some competition grade bumpers from Again Faster – they work really well and reduce heaps of the vibration in my garage and in the neighbours house!

I have bought them and they are reasonable easy to connect together – however I keep get black stains all over my clothing and weights with them so I would not recommend. I’ve given them a good wipe down and still the same issue.

I bought some of these to make a oly lifting/deadlifting platform of sorts, and with a single layer of 20mm EVA jigsaw style foam mat underneath, the shock and noise absorption is amazing compared to stacking straight rubber mats. They already work well by themselves but the softer EVA foam underneath removes the dull thud, so only the plate and bar rattles remain.
And the bounce is well controlled.
They weigh 10kg or so, so they stay put.
I also like stacking a few of these to make lifting blocks, box squat seat, step up platforms etc. They feel solid enough when used like this
They do off gas a pretty strong smell even after a few weeks, hopefully this will go away in time….
