Our slick-looking, solid and durable Ezy Grip Olympic rubber coated weight plates are a great addition to any home gym or commercial fitness centre. Sold in pairs, these professional black weight plates are rubber coated for extra durability and reduced noise. So the only thing to focus on during your workout is your form.
Our Ezy Grip Olympic rubber coated weight plates are available from 1.25 kilograms up to 25 kilograms, allowing for safe and easy lifting progression. Because our Plates feature an Olympic-sized centre hole of 51mm, they can be easily used with our Olympic Barbells, and are a perfect addition to any weights room or gym.
What Can You Do With Your Plates?
Not only are our Plates suitable for barbell exercises, they can be incorporated in a number of other different movements to take your workout to the next level. Use the tri-grip holes to perform squat press, overhead press, overhead tricep extensions, rows and shoulder press. Place the plates on the ground to easily perform calf raises.
